Lets Get Started

Open images from scrap kit in psp.

In your color palette make the foreground color black. In the background color select the pattern tab. Locate one of the papers. (not the glitter). Set angle to 0 and Scale to 65. Use the preset shape ellipse circle with the line width at 8. Draw out a medium size circle. See my tag for example. Layers - Convert to Raster Layer.

Repeat this step using the other two papers for your background. Make these circles slightly smaller than the last.

Make your color palette foreground the glitter pattern. Again have the angle at 0 and scale at 65. Use your magic wand tool to click the black ring around one of your circles. Fill this with the glitter. Add a drop shadow. H & V 0 - Opacity 75 - Blur 6 -  Color black. Selections - Select None. Repeat this step with the other two circles.

Click on one of your circles. Effects - Plug ins - Eye Candy 5 Nature - Snow Drift. Use these settings. Under the Settings tab click Factory settings. Under Basic tab - Drift Height 7 - Clumping  80 - Surface Roughness 80 - Droop 40 - Leave Start Snow Drift box empty - Dust on all Features 0 - Dust on Bright Features 0. Under the Lighting tab - Light Direction 85 - Shadow Strength 20 - Shadow Color 2d4f4f - Click ok. Effects - Eye Candy 4 -

Using my tag as a guide, arrange your circles in a similar pattern. Copy and paste, as a new layer, your tube. Center it over your circles. Add a drop shadow. H & V 2 -  Opacity 100 - Blur 15 - Color black.

Copy and paste, as new layers, the snowflakes. Duplicate each snowflake twice, so you have three of each. Reduce the size of the first copy by 50%. Reduce the size of the second copy by 25%.

Use my tag for an example on where to place your snowflakes. You will want to move most of the flake's layers to below the circle layers.

In your color palette make your foreground and background the glitter pattern. Open your text box. Select the font Tagliente - Size 60 - Bold - Stroke Width 2 -  Kerning 20. Using capital letters, type the word ENCHANTRESS. Add a drop shadow. H & V 1 - Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - Color is 000040. Effects - Eye Candy 5 Nature - snow drift. Apply same settings as before. Effects - Plug ins -  Eye Candy 4 -

. Apply same settings as before. Position this word just under your tube, see my tag. Selections - Select None.

In your color palette make the foreground null. Make the background white. In your text box type the word Winter. Size 48 - Bold. Drop shadow. H&V 1 - Opacity 100 -  Blur 1 - Color is 000040. Apply a second drop shadow. H & V 2 - Opacity 75 - Blur 6 -  Color black.

Add your copyright information. Layers - Merge - Merge Visible.

For the name text I used a script font. Color dark blue. Drop Shadow. H & V 2 -  Opacity 100 - Blur 1 - Color 32c5c2. Then a second drop shadow. H & V 2 -
Opacity 75 - Blur 6 - Color black.
