NOTE: This tutorial is written for the supplies I used.
If you are using something different, you may need to adjust some settings.

IPL = In Palette Layers

Let's Begin

In PSP, open a new image size 650 x 650. Flood fill with white.
Paste, as a new layer, your tube. (reg. tube or close up, either will work) IPL, right click and duplicate. Flip the duplicate. Place the two images side by side. IPL, right click the top tube and merge down.
Go to Adjust - Blur - Radical Blur. Settings: Check spin. Strength = 40. All other settings either 0 or blank.
IPL, right click and duplicate. Change the duplicate's blend mode to multiply. Right click and merge down.
Go to Effects - Texture - Mosaic antique. Settings: Number of columns and rows = 58. Check Symmetric. Tile Diffusion = 15. Grout width = 3. Grout diffusion = 100.
Apply WSL_mask219. Setting: Check, Source luminance - Fit to canvas - Hide all mask.
Layers - Merge Group.

Paste, as a new layer, your tube. I resized mine down to 90%. IPL, duplicate. Change the duplicate's blend mode to multiply, and set opacity to 50. Right click and merge down. Add a drop shadow. H & V = 1. Opacity = 50. Blur = 6. Color is black. Position tube slightly to the left of center.

Make a gradient color.
Foreground is 5086b7, and background is bdd5ee. In background click the gradient tab. Style is Starburst. Repeats = 0. Check invert.
Open text box. Font is KG Flavor and Frames. Size 180. Bold. Stroke Width = 1. Type out the lower case a. Apply. Edit - Copy. Delete and re-paste as a new layer. Give it the same drop shadow used for the tube.  Place to the upper right of tag. (see my tag)
Use your pen tool set to Draw Lines and Polylines. Solid line style, width 8. Black in your foreground color. Draw out a line slightly longer than the bar on the flag you just made. Layers, Convert to Raster Layer. Move it behind the flag layer and give it a drop shadow.
Open your text box. Font is Lucinda Calligraphy, size 18 Bold. Background color is black. (close foreground) Type out Hot Cocoa and a Cookie. (or whatever you like). Add a drop shadow. Place above the flag.

Add any embellishments you like. I kept it simple and just added a couple of small pink hearts.

Add copyrights, a name, and merge all visible. Save.

For the name I used the font Kinkie, size 44. Foreground color, f29532. Background color fbdf8d. In background, click the gradient tab. Same settings used for the flag. Type out name. Add a gradient glow, this color, 441e13. Then a drop shadow.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it easy to follow.
