IPL = In Palette Layers

Let's Begin

Open template and supplies in PSP.

Click on the template. Duplicate it and then delete the original.

IPL, delete the shadow layer, as well as Raster's 1 and 2.

Click on the white background layer and paste the Soft Kitty bg, as a new layer. Apply the mask. Layers - Merge Group.

Let's deal with the tube next. Paste, as a new layer, the tube close up. Resize down to 80%.
IPL, right click and duplicate. Click on the duplicate and change it's blend mode to multiply.
Still IPL, right click duplicate and merge down to original.
Go to Adjust - Automatic Saturation Enhancement. Settings: Bias = Check More Colorful. Strength = Normal. Duplicate tube.
Move one tube below the frame layer and one is above frame trim.

Click on the tube below the frame layer. Use your lasso selection tool and carefully begin tracing around the bottom of the frame and down around the bottom of the tube that is below the frame. Delete. Select None. Now, click on the tube that is above the frame trim layer. Trace around the bottom half of the tube and delete.

Ok, now let's fill in the layers. I always like to start at the bottom and work my way up.
